With a mission to provide safe and effective therapies for cholesterol-associated diseases, RENATUS has established a technology to manufacture cyclodextrin without ototoxicity and with prominently improved ability to induce cellular cholesterol efflux.

There are numerous diseases caused by dysregulated cholesterol homeostasis, in which cyclodextrin could play important roles. We seek out and are open to exploring new opportunities where our expertise can be applied for new strategic collaborations and programs.
